The Cottonwood Cove Marina & RV Resort

The Cottonwood Cove in Blair is a very popular vacation destination in the Midwest . Our incredible RV campground and marina on the Missouri River is a big reason for that, and the food and drinks from our Lodge keep people coming back again and again as well.  One more thing that makes The Cottonwood Cove a favorite spot is the wide variety of incredible annual events and amazing live music we feature each season. It's that exciting time of year at The Cottonwood Cove when we get to suit up and dive into the best pool & swim-up bar in Nebraska ! (As long as Mother Nature lets up on the rainy weather, that is.) Weather permitting, Memorial Day Weekend at our RV campground & marina on the Missouri River is not only an awesome holiday to enjoy great food & drinks, fun friends, and incredible live music, but also some much-anticipated pool time!  Everyone immediately fell in love with the 21+ pool and swim-up bar that we opened in July last season. (It is 1 of only 2 in the entire state of Nebraska!) Once you're in the water, you really have no need to get back out all day long.
