The Cottonwood Cove family is growing by leaps and bounds! We've had a remarkable, record-breaking off-season with more people reserving RV lots at the RV Resort and Marina in the Midwest than ever before. Even though this year will only be our 4th season, it's becoming apparent that our name and reputation for FUN is becoming very well-known!

All of us here at The Cottonwood Cove would like to say thank you to all of our new members for helping us get so very close to our goal before the 2018 season has even started. We also need to thank all of our current Cottonwood family members and friends for all of the referrals that you sent our way. Your love for our vacation destination on the Missouri River shows through the wonderful things that you say about us, and obviously, people are listening!

Record # of RV Lots Reserved
This year we added premier riverfront RV lots, expanding our ability to host more guests than last year. The goal was to have all of those lots sold by Memorial weekend at the end of May, and it's looking as if that may happen much sooner! 

 Typically during the off-season, we sell about 4 lots because in the past the majority of our new members would wait until April-June to join us. Right now it is only mid-March and we just have a very few lots left. This is HUGE!

 Since last October we have signed up 10-times our usual - 40 lots! If you or someone you know was waiting until the season started to reserve one of our fantastic RV lots, it's now more apparent than ever that you really should not wait. It's Pool Time at The Cottonwood Cove! (Finally!!!)

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! It looks like the rest of the season is going to be even more fun than we're used to.  The Pool The weather forced us to push back opening day for the best 21+ pool in the Midwest , but we plugged through and the result is a beautiful and fantastic spot to keep cool all summer long! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise. He was accompanied by his then-girlfriend, Sharon Young, who worked at The Cottonwood Cove Marina.  While visiting the islands, they both fell in love with a delicious, knock-you-on-your-a$$ drink called, you guessed it, the Watermelon. It's been VERY cold at The Cottonwood Cove recently, but we don't let that get us down. Instead, it just gets us dreaming and excited about spring arriving (it's not that far off) and opening day (March 30, 2019) for our RV campground & marina on the Missouri River .
