The scenery surrounding our little slice of heaven in Nebraska is reason enough to rent an RV Lot at The Cottonwood Cove, but we've got even more than that waiting for you here! Once you park the RV in your personal spot, you're just a short walk (or golf cart ride) away from all kinds of fun and excitement.
The Lodge offers a delicious menu and some of the tastiest drinks around, including our signature Watermelon. With plenty of seating both indoors and out, you'll always have a place to hang out with the rest of our Cottonwood family, day or night, no matter what the weather. The outdoor patio offers more bars, including a fantastic swim-up bar connected to our 21+ outdoor pool.
Outside you'll also get the chance to hear some of the best live music in the Midwest every weekend from the riverfront stage. Just beyond that stage is our magnificent 12-acre marina which gives you access to fun on the Missouri River via a 40-foot soft slope dual lane boat launch. We also offer a 24-hour gas dock.

The Place Keeps Getting Bigger & Better
Just last year our very popular 21+ pool and swim-up bar were added (there are only 2 of those in all of Nebraska!) Equipment for a playground arrived last fall and some of our members were wonderful enough to help us get everything into place. That is ready and waiting to be enjoyed this spring, plus we have plans to add a half-court basketball area this spring too.
As for our RV lots, demand was so high in 2018 for our newest section, we ended up adding a second new addition too! The plan was to wait until 2020 to add more, but so many people have been interested in becoming a member of our happy Cottonwood family, we're going ahead and adding another new section THIS YEAR!
