Already Looking Forward to Summer 2021!
Summer 2020 at The Cottonwood Cove has been a fantastic way to enjoy the great outdoors and enjoy time with family and friends. While it may feel like it’s starting to come to a close for many families as the school year begins, we’re just moving towards the next best thing! 2021 will be here before we know it, and we have some BIG plans to roll out for you! We are now pre-selling our FINAL PHASE of campsites and we couldn’t be more excited to get these ready for you! Here are a few things you need to know about Summer 2021 and how you can get ready for it!
Improvements can be made to your campsite. The benefits of your membership allow you to sell or transfer your improvements and recapture your investment. Ideal for friends and family, campers may be backed into place or reversed (pulled in), to face your awnings together for larger shared camp space.
A fantastic lodge with food, drink and live entertainment all summer long. If boating is a part of your stay with us, a 40’ wide, soft slope boat ramp leads to a 12-acre deepwater marina.
Pre-Selling Our FINAL PHASE of Campsites!
This fall is going to be a busy season for us as we will be working on the construction of our final phase of campsites. They will be ready to go for the 2021 season, and we have already sold some! As you make your plans for next summer, remember that our lots are first come first served, so if you are ready to get Summer 2021 off to a great start, you can get your campsite and even reserve side-by-side lots with your family or friends!

As if the expanded campsites weren’t enough to get excited about, we are also putting in an ALL AGES Members Only Pool! The 21+ pool has been a huge hit, but we know that our guests still appreciate having the option to bring their family to the pool as well. So next summer we look forward to rolling out the All Ages Members Only Pool!About Our Campsites
Overlooking the Missouri River is the newest and most modern campground in the Midwest. Seasonal campsites with all the amenities are your new home away from home. This one of a kind campground has it all. Every campsite has its own power pedestal with 30 & 50 amp service. Your campsite also includes city water and city sewer. WiFi is also provided at no additional cost. Directional parking provides a consistent layout. Summer All Year Long??
As much as we wish summer could last all year long, we are also incredibly excited to use the fall and winter season to get ready for next year! More campsites mean MORE fun, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! But don’t worry, there is still plenty of summer days left, so pack up the RV and head over to The Cottonwood Cove to get it started right!
