THE COTTONWOOD COVE LODGE & OUTDOOR PATIO
The Cottonwood Cove Lodge & Outdoor Patio is the Missouri River’s newest and most modern one-of-a-kind destination experience to be shared with friends and family. With seven large glass roll up doors, we can take the party indoors from outside or vice versa, if the weather throws us a curveball. A large 40′ wide stage, with the Missouri River in the background, will ensure the place to be for live music and a cold watermelon drink on hot sunny afternoons. Our large patio bar is an outdoor favorite to gather, meet friends, and listen to live music. The patio overlooks the campground and the activity in the marina. Hard surface roads and parking provide dust-free travels to and from the lodge. The lodge has been equipped with the latest technology products that will help us ensure the best food, drink, and music on the river. Plus, we've even added a pool with a swim-up bar and a playground for the kiddos!

RIVERFRONT MEMBERSHIP RV PARK
Overlooking the Missouri River is the newest and most modern campground in the Midwest. Seasonal campsites with all the amenities is your new home away from home. This one of a kind campground has it all. Every campsite has its own power pedestal with 30 & 50 amp service. Your campsite also includes city water and city sewer. WiFi is also provided at no additional cost. Directional parking provides a consistent layout. Extensive surface water drainage provides quick “return to fun” when mother nature throws a curveball. Improvements can be made to your campsite. Benefits of your membership allow you to sell or transfer your improvements and recapture your investment. Ideal for friends and family, campers may be backed into place or reversed (pulled in), in order to face your awnings together for a larger shared camp space.

COTTONWOOD COVE MEMBERSHIP MARINA
Nestled along the Missouri River at mile marker 651 is the newest and most modern deep water marina in the Midwest. This all new 12-acre marina has it all. Newly covered docks, by Tiger Docks, are the best built and strongest in the industry. Walkways are 8′ wide with 4′ fingers. Power, WiFi and city water are available to each slip. Your Cottonwood Cove Membership allows you to transfer, sublease, or sell your slip access, in the event a change in your life occurs.

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! It looks like the rest of the season is going to be even more fun than we're used to.  The Pool The weather forced us to push back opening day for the best 21+ pool in the Midwest , but we plugged through and the result is a beautiful and fantastic spot to keep cool all summer long! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise. He was accompanied by his then-girlfriend, Sharon Young, who worked at The Cottonwood Cove Marina.  While visiting the islands, they both fell in love with a delicious, knock-you-on-your-a$$ drink called, you guessed it, the Watermelon.
