Even though our riverfront marina & RV Resort in Nebraska won't be back for the season until April, that doesn't mean that it's too early for you to reserve your spot. We've had a huge surge of new members sign up to be a part of our Cottonwood family during the off-season, more so than in the past. People seem to know that The Cottonwood Cove is the place to be! Don't worry though, because we've still got plenty of room for you too!

During the off-season for our vacation destination in the Midwest, we've had quite a few new names added to our list of members. Even though summer may just feel like a distant dream at the moment, NOW is the time to secure your lot in time for spring. Reserving an RV lot right away rather than waiting means that you can get started having fun right away this April!

  • Riverfront Bar & Restaurant
    Our Lodge serves up some of the most delicious food and drinks that you've ever tasted, including our signature drink, the Watermelon. It has 7 large glass roll-up doors, so if the weather isn't pleasant, we can roll them down and take the party inside. The Lodge's outdoor patio overlooks the campground and marina, and it is a favorite place for members and their friends to gather. The view of the Missouri River from here is absolutely breathtaking. New this year we are also adding a pool with a swim-up bar and a playground for the kids.  
  • Annual Events and Live Music
    We host many fun annual events each year that all of our members look forward to. Some of these include our St. Patrick's Day Party and the T&A Party (it's not what it sounds like!) There are also weekly events, like Taco and Margarita Night, Bike Night, and Pizza Night. We have a 40' wide outdoor stage with the Missouri River as its backdrop where we host the best live music in Nebraska every Friday-Saturday, as well as on holidays. 
  • Marina Access
    Our marina offers access to the Missouri River at mile marker 651 with a 40'-wide soft slope boat ramp that you are welcome to use. All of our dock slips are spoken for at this time, but if one opens up, our members will be the first to know!
  • RV Lot Amenities
    Your RV Lot at The Cottonwood Cove will sit on the newest and most modern campground in the Midwest. We currently have lots available in both the Phase II and Phase III Riverfront areas. Every one of them comes with:

It's Pool Time at The Cottonwood Cove! (Finally!!!)

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! It looks like the rest of the season is going to be even more fun than we're used to.  The Pool The weather forced us to push back opening day for the best 21+ pool in the Midwest , but we plugged through and the result is a beautiful and fantastic spot to keep cool all summer long! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise. He was accompanied by his then-girlfriend, Sharon Young, who worked at The Cottonwood Cove Marina.  While visiting the islands, they both fell in love with a delicious, knock-you-on-your-a$$ drink called, you guessed it, the Watermelon.
