Exciting Progress on Our Pool, Swim-up Bar, and New Lower Patio!
We've got a lot of new and exciting things in store for you this season at our marina & RV resort on the Missouri River in Nebraska. If you've been following our blogs, you already know about those amazing riverfront RV lots we added (and that are filling up very quickly!) Today we've got an update on The Cottonwood Cove's progress on that brand new pool and swim-up bar we're working on.
Refreshing Drinks Poolside
Sure, you can enjoy a delicious cocktail sitting on dry land overlooking the river, but the current makes relaxing with that drink in the water, not such a good idea. Well, guess what... we have a solution to that problem! New for 2018, adult guests at The Cottonwood Cove will be able to chill out in our pool, drink in hand, and still have that beautiful river in sight.
You won't even have to get out of the pool to refill your glass because there will be a fully stocked swim-up bar attached to it! This new amenity is only the second swim-up bar available in all of Nebraska. Our guests are VIPs, and you deserve special things! Here are a few recent photos of the construction. We plan to have both the pool and the bar open and ready for you to enjoy by Memorial weekend!
New Lower Patio
You won't have to get into the water to order a drink if you don't want to because we are also adding an all-new lower patio on the other side of the swim-up bar. This gives everyone even more space to enjoy the natural beauty of the Missouri River while relaxing and listening to all of that amazing live music we have planned for our outdoor riverfront stage this year.
Playground For The Kids
We haven't forgotten about our youngest members. While the pool is being put in for the grownups due to the attached bar, we're carving out a special spot for the kids to play. This brand new playground will be the perfect place for them to make new friends and lifelong memories to cherish.

There are still a few premier riverfront RV lots available, but act fast if you want one because they are going quickly! There are some off-river lots available right now too, but we expect them to be rented very soon also.
