Book Our Lodge For All of Your Special Events Any Time of the Year
The Lodge at The Cottonwood Cove is filled with hungry and thirsty people all summer long because we've got an amazing kitchen and bar staff that creates delicious treats for everyone. It's also a popular meeting place for everyone to gather at our RV campground & marina on the Missouri River, especially with the addition of our incredible new pool.
Did you know that you can also rent our wonderful lodge for your private events all year long? Well, you can!
Party at the Lodge
We can make arrangements for you and your group to use our lodge for all kinds of parties and meetings during our regular season, and we're also happy to open it back up for special occasions during our off-season too. The lodge offers lots of room to host an event both indoors and out.
With 7 roll-up doors, your guests can wander back and forth at their leisure, but if the weather throws us a curveball, we'll simply close those doors and keep the party going. That is also what makes it an excellent event venue when the cold winter weather sets in.
Pick Your Special Event
First, you need to decide on a reason to get a big group of your friends and/or family together. It can be to celebrate a special event or milestone, a get-together to do some fundraising, or even a business meeting for a change of scenery from the office.
We're sure you can come up with a great reason to use our special event venue in Blair, but just in case you need a few ideas, here are some great ones. (But you can probably come up with even more!)
Make Arrangements With Darcy
Once you've chosen a reason to host a gathering, pick a date and give Darcy a call at (402) 426-1900 to make the arrangements. Once you're on the calendar, we can work together to come up with a menu for your special event. It's not limited to our regular menu. Let us know what you have in mind and our chefs will come up with something perfect for your group.
Like we said earlier, you are not limited to summertime to book your event. We are happy to rent the lodge out for your gathering November-March too.
Book Early For Next Year
Our very popular 21+ pool and swim-up bar will be closing after this weekend (the last day this year will be September 23,) but we'll have it back up and running by Memorial Day Weekend 2019. Possibly even sooner! (It all depends on how the weather decides to treat us next season.)
That pool opens up some fun new party possibilities. A bachelorette party or milestone birthday party in the water makes for a great warm-weather celebration full of all kinds of exciting memory-making! Also, a lot of events (like anniversaries and birthdays) happen on a set date every year and it's not too early to get your reservation on our calendar before someone else grabs it.
Put your thinking cap on and start figuring out what type of special event you would love to host in the lodge at our Midwest vacation destination now. We would love for The Cottonwood Cove to be the venue where you and all of your friends come to party!
