The Cottonwood Cove not only loves the many people that are a part of our Cottonwood family because they are members at our RV Resort & Marina in the Midwest, but also the many wonderful people that live here in the Blair area. This community is extremely important to us, and we are thrilled to help out when we can. 
Dinner & Raffle Fundraiser
On Saturday, November 10 from 4:30-11:00 pm we are opening our Lodge to host the fundraiser for Blair Youth Shooting Sports. The proceeds raised at this event will go to support this terrific organization.

 Tickets will be available at the door for $10 each. Your ticket is good for one full meal and one entry into the gun raffle. A Ruger 10-22 Rifle will be given away at the end of this event to one lucky raffle winner.  

 Meals can be enjoyed here at the Lodge or taken to go. On the menu will be: 
  • Pork Loin
  • Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Chili
  • Baked Beans

 Live Music
In addition to a fantastic meal and the chance to win the gun raffle, this event also has some amazing live music in store for you! The talented and always entertaining Brandon Liberty Unplugged will be performing on the Lodge stage from 6-10 pm.  


Rent The Lodge For Your Special Events
The bar & restaurant inside the Lodge at The Cottonwood Cove may be closed for the season, but this incredible special event venue in Blair is available to rent throughout the entire year. Hosting a fundraiser here is just one possibility. A few more great ideas could be:

The Lodge is warm and cozy in the winter with all of the glass doors rolled down and the fireplace blazing. It's a perfect gathering spot during every other season too and can even be reserved when our RV campground & marina on the Missouri River is open for business. During our regular season, you will also have access to the wonderful outdoor activities surrounding the Lodge, including that fantastic 21+ outdoor pool and swim-up bar!

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise. He was accompanied by his then-girlfriend, Sharon Young, who worked at The Cottonwood Cove Marina.  While visiting the islands, they both fell in love with a delicious, knock-you-on-your-a$$ drink called, you guessed it, the Watermelon.
