Although winter will be here soon and The Cottonwood Cove is currently in our "off-season," that doesn't mean that you have to wait until next spring to reserve your lot at our Midwest RV campground on the Missouri River. On the contrary, now is a wonderful time to get your spot reserved and lock in all of the incredible amenities that come along with being a part of the Cottonwood family.  

New RV Lots for 2019
We know, we know... over and over again we said that the RV lots added for 2018 would be your "last chance until 2020" due to all of the other plans we have in mind. Well, the demand was so great, we simply couldn't resist changing our plans and making arrangements to add more lots for the coming 2019 season! 

 This is one time that we don't mind admitting we were wrong because we've figured out a way to allow more happy campers to join our big Cottonwood family and still take care of those other plans we have in store for everyone. Now is the perfect time to reserve your RV lot because the earlier you do, the more choices you will have to pick from. (All spots are first come, first served!)  

 Last year we saw record membership enrollment during the off-season, renting out 40 new lots just between the months of October-March! That's 10 times the amount we were used to signing up during the off-season, and interest just keeps growing!

The Cottonwood Cove is located in a quiet country setting and is golf cart friendly. We form a close-knit community here both between the members and the many local visitors that frequent the Lodge at The Cottonwood Cove. 

 Every RV campsite comes with the things you need to make your stay with us comfortable and relaxing. These include:
  • 30/50 Amp Power - Each lot has a 30/50 Amp power pole
  • Large Lot Size - Large lot size with directional parking
  • City Water & Wastewater - City water and City wastewater on each lot

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise.
