Fun On the Water
Located in Blair, Nebraska, on the banks of the Missouri River, our Midwest vacation destination allows you to enjoy exciting outdoor activities both on and off the water. Our 12-acre marina allows you access to boating fun at mile marker 651. There is a 40-foot wide soft slope boat ramp leading into a 12-acre deepwater marina giving you full access to all the fun waiting to be had on the river.
Fun Off the Water Too
When you're ready to head to dry land, you'll find plenty of great things to do at The Cottonwood Cove to keep you thoroughly entertained. Around here people enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, campfires, picnicking, tailgating, and so much more.
Last fall we completed an awesome playground for the kids and this season a half-basketball court will also be added. Last year debuted our 21+ pool and swim-up bar, and once the weather decides to stay warm, we'll be opening that up again.
If you reserve an RV lot and become a member of the Cottonwood family, then you will always have a place to park when you're in the area that's close to all the action. Don't wait too long to reserve your spot though. 40 new RV lots were added for the 2019 season but we've only got a handful of those still available!
Fantastic Bar & Restaurant
The Cottonwood Cove also features an incredible bar & restaurant in the Lodge. It serves a full menu of pizza, burgers, and more and offers weekly specials in-season. There is seating both inside and outside when the weather is pleasant, and when it's not, we simply roll down the 7 large glass doors and keep the party going. You'll find one bar inside the Lodge, and outside there are two more including the swim-up bar we already mentioned which can be accessed from outside the pool too.
Live Music & Events
The best live music in Nebraska graces our 40-foot riverfront stage every weekend during the season. Amazing sounds entertain you with the beautiful Missouri River for a backdrop. Dates for 2019 are still being filled in, but there are quite a few already booked so you can start planning your favorite weekends to be here.
We are also home to many fantastic annual events throughout the season. Some for members only, but quite a few that everyone in the area is invited to. Once you spend a summer holiday with us, you won't ever want to enjoy them anywhere else! Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day are all weekends that it gets even more exciting around the campground than usual. Our Lodge can also be rented out for private events throughout the year.
