  • 30/50 Amp Power – Each lot has a 30/50 Amp power pole
  • Large Lot Size – Large lot size with directional parking – combine lots by reversing your RV to face awning together
  • City Water and Wastewater – City water and City wastewater on each lot
  • Family Friendly – Strict guidelines ensure a family-friendly atmosphere.
  • WiFi – WiFi access points throughout the park ensure a strong signal
  • Water Drainage – Surface water drainage means fun even after a downpour
  • NEW all ages pool - alongside a half basketball court & playground
Our lodge features seven large glass roll-up doors, so we can keep the party going rain or shine. Hard surface roads and parking provide dust-free travels to and from the lodge. The lodge has been equipped with the latest technology products that will help us ensure the best food, drink, and music on the river. A large 40′ wide stage with the Missouri River in the background ensures a stellar live music experience. The patio overlooks the campground and the activity in the marina and is a favorite location to gather with friends, dine, and enjoy the live music. 

If boating is a part of your stay with us, a 40’ wide, soft slope boat ramp leads to a 12-acre deepwater marina.

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise.
