There’s been a lot happening at The Cottonwood Cove over the last six years. It’s been a lot of fun, we’ve made some great memories, and met the most AMAZING people! The history of The Cottonwood Cove goes back way back further than six years, but there's been a LOT happening in the last six years. As we celebrate our six-year anniversary this Memorial Day Weekend, here’s a fun breakdown of some of the amazing events that mark the last six years - which ones do you remember?! 2015, 2016, and 2017 This is where all started for us! We reopened The Cottonwood Cove as well as added our first phase of campsites in 2015. When we first took on the daunting task of bringing new life to The Cottonwood Cove, it wasn't without plenty of blood, sweat, and tears. But our hard work and perseverance paid off! Summer 2020 is going to have a special appeal to it as everyone will be itching to get out of their homes and enjoy a summer at The Cottonwood Cove. We are so excited to get the party started with you all, but in the meantime, we wanted to take a few moments to welcome all of the NEW members! August is Family Fun Month. In the humble opinion of The Cottonwood Cove, nothing is more fun than RV camping on the Missouri River ! The family-friendly atmosphere at our riverfront RV campground & marina in the Midwest is the perfect place to enjoy some quality family fun. Here are a few things that campers of all ages can enjoy around here.  Outdoor Fun Our vacation destination in the Midwest is located in an excellent spot to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. At your campsite, there will be lots of nights enjoying cookouts and stories over the campfire. Also, just last fall we added a fantastic playground for the kids to enjoy.  With the river practically in your backyard, hours can be spent fishing and numerous nights offer breathtaking sunsets over the water.
