But first, if you've never visited our wonderful vacation destination, we want to share with you a little background about our magical piece of paradise! A LITTLE HISTORY Since the late 1960’s, Cottonwood has been a HUGE name for Missouri River fun in Blair, Nebraska. In 2011, we witnessed devastation to our beautiful park like nothing we've ever seen. The flooding of the Missouri river erased Cottonwood Cove Resort and Marina from the landscape. But with unrelenting dedication and hard work, six years later, it’s back! When we first took on the daunting task of bringing new life to the beloved Cottonwood Cove, it wasn't without plenty of blood, sweat, and tears. But our hard work and perseverance has paid off...
