We hope you're doing well and got to enjoy the happiness of the holiday season. We would like to thank all of you for a successful 3rd season at Cottonwood Cove Marina & RV Resort! 2017 was a record year for us, and we expect a lot more growth to come in 2018. This would not be possible without each and every one of you, our wonderful customers! Here is a sneak peek at some of the exciting things coming your way in 2018.


PREMIER RIVER LOTS
Our brand new River Lots offer an amazing view of the longest lake in Nebraska. These will be the last riverfront lots that Cottonwood Cove will be offering, so you'll want to reserve your spot before they're all gone! Each lot has city water and city sewer, 30/50 amp pedestals, Wi-Fi, and of course, access the incredible on-site lodge with free live music!

PLAYGROUND & POOL W/ SWIM-UP BAR
The pool will be the perfect place to cool off next summer and enjoy an ice-cold Watermelon from the swim-up bar while amazing live music plays from the stage. Ours is only the 2nd swim-up bar in all of Nebraska! We are also building a great new playground for the "littles" to enjoy.

  • NEW FOR 2018: The Cottonwood Cove Concert Series - Get ready for 8 Saturdays in a row of some of the greatest tribute bands ever!

It's Pool Time at The Cottonwood Cove! (Finally!!!)

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! It looks like the rest of the season is going to be even more fun than we're used to.  The Pool The weather forced us to push back opening day for the best 21+ pool in the Midwest , but we plugged through and the result is a beautiful and fantastic spot to keep cool all summer long! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise. He was accompanied by his then-girlfriend, Sharon Young, who worked at The Cottonwood Cove Marina.  While visiting the islands, they both fell in love with a delicious, knock-you-on-your-a$$ drink called, you guessed it, the Watermelon. It's been VERY cold at The Cottonwood Cove recently, but we don't let that get us down. Instead, it just gets us dreaming and excited about spring arriving (it's not that far off) and opening day (March 30, 2019) for our RV campground & marina on the Missouri River .
