The 2020 Omaha International Boat, Sport, & Travel Show is here! Our RV campground and marina on the Missouri River will have a booth at the show and we're thrilled to visit with some of our favorite people. The Cottonwood Cove will be showcasing the available spots and exciting events that take place at our campground at the show. Show & Feature Attractions:

The Great American Duck Race is a crowd favorite at the show. You and your crew will have a blast watching the ducks waddle to the finish line! You can even enter your duck to be a part of the fun and compete with other ducks in the race.

Don't miss the Cold Stream Trout Tank & Fishing Simulator. Another highly sought after exhibit, you can try your luck at fishing in the cold stream trout tank. You even have the opportunity to learn fishing skills while actually catching live trout!

New this year, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Great Elk Tour will be a must-see! Tour the conservation exhibit that showcases some of the largest bull elk in the world. The exhibit also spreads awareness of the ideal habitat for elk. Snag the latest gear and try your hand at an archery simulation station.

Refine your skills at the Nebraska Game & Parks Archery Range attraction! An archery seasoned instructor will be on hand to help you learn and improve your skills under the watchful eye of expert instructors.

Stop by The Goose Pit anytime during the show. One of five outdoor personalities and exports will be available throughout the entire show. Stop by and see Bass Pro Tournament Champions, Jimmy Houston and Roland Martin, Tom Dokken (Training the Hunting Dog), CJ Winard (Bowhunting) and Billy Molls (Alaska Big Game Hunting). They will all be on hand to visit with show attendees. Chat with your favorite outdoor personality and learn from the professionals directly!

The wait is finally over... the brand new pool and swim-up bar at The Cottonwood Cove are now open! Quite a few guests at our Midwest RV Resort & Marina have given it a try, and absolutely everyone loves it! Home Of Nebraska's Favorite Drink - The Watermelon!

Every person has a favorite "go-to" cocktail. If you've ever had the chance to try the signature drink at our RV resort & marina in Nebraska , there's a good chance your favorite is the Watermelon! Haven't had one yet? The Cottonwood Cove is open for our 2018 season, so now is the perfect time to discover this refreshing drink! Home of the Watermelon Way back in January of 1982, George Rybin, son of the owners of The Cottonwood Cove at the time, as well as a future owner himself, went on a Carribean cruise. He was accompanied by his then-girlfriend, Sharon Young, who worked at The Cottonwood Cove Marina.  While visiting the islands, they both fell in love with a delicious, knock-you-on-your-a$$ drink called, you guessed it, the Watermelon.
